Dedicated to everyone who ever called me "freak" for being autistic with EDS. Historically "freak show" came from circus sideshows and has historically been used as an insult towards disabled people. Joke's on the ablists, now I run the cabaret.

Please don't buy this shirt unless either you also have a disability, or you're willing to have conversations about the impact of the words "freak show" and the rich history of disability and sideshows. I make this as part of the reclamation of "freak show" phrasing, who's made my living off of my disability's party tricks and created wildly inclusive and welcoming shows with people publicly bashing me for being "too autistic" to run them. 

"FREAK SHOW" is printed in neon, blacklight reactive, eco-friendly sublimation inks, and the fabric of the piece is printed with a black background.

• Made from 88% polyester, 12% spandex performance knit fabric manufactured in Canada
• The performance fabric features EcoPoly fiber, this fiber is eco-friendly since it requires significantly less energy and water during manufacturing than conventional polyester
• Every pair of shorts is printed and sewn by hand in Montreal, Canada
• Signature performance fabric is made by a local Montreal mill
• Vivid print that will never fade after washing, our ultra-stretch fabric holds shape even after multiple wearings
• 1” elastic waistband stays in place without bulk
• Easy care, machine wash in cold water with a phosphate-free detergent, machine dry on medium to high heat, do not bleach
• Fabric will dry quickly so you can wear your shorts again soon
